They need to be; we have over 800 clients in both the private and public sectors. Now we?re looking for new pioneers * Programme Manager to help us and add even more to the UK?s most forward-looking HR departments.
Based in our Marlow, Buckinghamshire offices, you will be responsible for the Programme Management of new CIP products and existing product enhancements. This will involve gathering product feedback, developing business cases for features, analysing and documenting requirements, effectively communicating and advising the Marketing, Sales and Training functions to ensure that new products and features are introduced and presented in the best possible way.
Sucessful Programme Manager Candidates will be educated to degree level or have formal education in computer science and experience in managing IT programmes carried out by 3rd party companies or offshore development resources is essential. 5 years plus exp in entire software development lifecycle.
You must have strong analysis and problem solving skills in order to creatively and imaginatively resolve difficult issues, Strong project management and resource management skills, Strong technical awareness, Strong commercial awareness., Excellent personal time management skills. ,Excellent planning and organisational skills, Excellent communication both verbal and written, Strong influencing, negotiations and persuasion skills, Strong team player, Highly self-motivated, self-managed, Relevant domain knowledge one or more of the following HR, Payroll, Time and Expenses Management. Experience of UML, Experience of .Net
